Win-win points of government-enterprise cooperation

With the release and implementation of the “Action Plan for the Full-Chain Remediation of Safety Hazards of Electric Bicycles” by the General Office of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China, the issues of “difficult charging” and “charging safety” of two-wheeled electric vehicles have once again received high attention from governments at all levels. As an effective solution to the “difficult charging” and “charging safety” of two-wheeled electric vehicles, local governments have begun to encourage the development of the “replacement with charging” energy replenishment model for two-wheeled electric vehicles. Some cities have included the construction of battery replacement facilities in the category of “new urban infrastructure” and provided safe and convenient energy replenishment services by laying smart battery replacement cabinets, effectively alleviating citizens’ “range anxiety” and eliminating charging safety hazards.
